3. Tournaments & Competitions
By entering GamerZDojo-hosted tournaments:
You agree to follow all rules, codes of conduct, and fair play policies
GamerZDojo reserves the right to suspend or disqualify players for misconduct
Prizes are subject to eligibility and verification
Streaming participation may be recorded and published
4. Digital Academy & Courses
All paid courses and content are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
Refunds for digital products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Merchandise & Tokens
Purchases of physical or digital goods (including Dojo tokens) are subject to availability and applicable sales taxes.
Digital tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All sales are final unless items are damaged or defective upon arrival.
6. GamerZGuardian App (When Available)
The app is intended as a supportive wellness tool, not a replacement for professional mental health treatment. In case of emergency, always contact emergency services or a licensed provider.
We are not liable for decisions made based on app content or self-assessments.
7. Donations & Fundraising
All donations to the GamerZDojo Foundation are tax-deductible in accordance with U.S. law. Tax receipts are provided for qualifying contributions.
We reserve the right to refuse or refund donations at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, course material, and tournament frameworks are property of GamerZDojo LLC or licensed partners. You may not reuse or distribute without permission.
9. Privacy Policy
By using our site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect certain information to operate tournaments, apps, and membership programs. We do not sell your data.
